New Zealand - It sure is greener on the other side

One thing you need to remember when planning a visit to New Zealand are their two main islands which make up the country. Their two main islands, very creatively called the North Island and the South Island, both feature abundant natural attractions, historical landmarks and many more features that lets you fully immerse yourself in its culture.
Apart from being famous for its plentiful fields full of sheep, “The lord of the rings”, a well-known movie no doubt was filmed right here in New Zealand. Any strong fans of this movie series can take a tour through the area and experience the scenes first hand. Read more about the tour here 

1          North Island

So let’s get right down to the two main island, starting with Auckland. A major city in North Island, that is surrounded by two large harbours is a must visit place not only for its water view but also for its renowned SkyTower.  At around 220 metres high off the ground the Sky Tower offers a magnificent night view of the harbour, the surrounding city and even be able to spot key landmarks from the tower, what’s more is that it comes with bars and cafés, where you can have lunch or dinner – Dinner special where the tower pans 360 degrees to show you the entire view of the town. New Zealand also offers a nice range of natural landscape and historical landmarks that you can travel to on your visit;

     Rotorua

That holds the Maori culture – traditional food, performances and so worth. It also has geothermal attractions – geysers and volcanos that come with unique flora and fauna, mountain biking activities, and leisure park.

     Manawatu

     Wellington

2        South Island

Similar but different, South Island offer its own variety of activities into the mix. Plenty of things to do; Skiing, canoeing, cycling, hot air balloons and many more.
